YPSILANTI, MI - Construction is completed on an affordable apartment community for Ypsilanti families and seniors, developers announced.

Developers from Lincoln Avenue Capital, a California-based company that invests in affordable projects across the country, broke ground at parallel properties at 845 and 945 W. Clark Road in May 2023.
