XY-100 defoamer is an excellent silicone defoamer for Conventional Surfactants.
XY-100 is silicone defoamer, which has long durability and excellent foam suppression performance at very low dosage.
Always uses in regular surfactant and high polymer foaming systems, especially good at foam inhibiting performance.

Don't dilute this defoamer with water, otherwise it may stratify and its working performance will drop. Please use this defoamer as a foam inhibiting ingredient in your final product. In paint & ink industry, it is suggested that use a suitable device and/or tool, add this product into the below place for sufficient dispersion: 1. high speed dispersion section2. paint correction section

Dosage

0.05-1% addition based on the total formulation weight.

The optimal adding point, adding amount, adding method should be based on the a series of lab and field tests result.
Proper dosage level of this defoamer is sufficient for inhibiting and breaking the foam effectively, don't use it excessively.

Package & Storage

The product is available in 25kg, 200kg plastic drum or IBC tank (1000kg).
Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
When stored between 10 and 30ºC in the original unopened containers, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
