PPA2819 is free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing additives. At a very low leveladdition(50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing and does not affect the original physical propertyof the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE,EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Application :Blow film, cast film, the hollow blow molding plastic products, pipe, sheets, masterbatch.

Small DosageThe dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via2%-3% Masterbatch through twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according tothe ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material andshear rate.
