Aluminum Diethylphosphinate flame retardant

FR-ADP03 was aluminum diethylphosphite flame retardant, which was white powder with high water repellency, high temperature resistance, and non-migration. It was mainly used in PBT, PET and nylon engineering plastics. FR-ADP03 exhibited good flame retardant performance when used in cooperation with nitrogen flame retardants.The special treatment process of large particle size prevented the flame retardant from decomposing in advance during the shearing and granulation process with the polymer to ensure the performance and the color stability.

USAGE
1.FR-ADP03 was a flame retardant especially developed for glass fiber reinforced nylon and high temperature nylon system.The products exhibited the excellent physical and electrical properties. Adding 15-16% FR-ADP03 to high temperature nylon could achieve 0.8mm V0 flame retardant grade.
2.FR-ADP03 was used in glass fiber reinforced nylon 6, nylon 66 and other systems,and exhibited the excellent flame retardant performance in combination with nitrogen containing flame retardants.The addition of about 18% FR-ADP03 could achieve 0.8mm UL94 V0 grade.
In glass fiber reinforced PBT,adding 10% FR-ADP03 was sufficient to meet 1.6 mm UL 94 V0 flame retardant grade in combination with nitrogen flame retardant. The FR-ADP03 addition may vary for differences in formulation and processing conditions.
