WSDOT and contractor crews will begin work this summer to repair the existing bridge decks on US 12 over Gordon Road between the North First Street and North 16th Avenue exits and the westbound I-82 bridge to North First Street. The bridge decks at Gordon Road are aging and showing signs of deterioration. This project will help maintain the structural integrity of the bridges, allow for safer travel conditions, reduce ongoing maintenance costs and extend the lifespan of the structures. The project is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2024.
