Product Description

FR-AMP(S) was a new generation of non-halogen flame retardant which had excellent flame retardant performance and good compatibility with polymer.
FR-AMP(S) had lower addition (13% for 1.6mm V0), higher temperature resistance than traditional halogen-free flame retardants.
The flame retardant products adding FR-AMP(S) had better appearance and physical properties. The color of flame retardant nylon products was white and transparent, ensuring that the modified flame retardant materials have a wider range of applications.

HOW TO USE
1,The nylon 66 engineering plastics adding 13% FR-AMPS could achieve 1.6mmUL94 V0 flame retardant grade.When adding 16% FR-AMPS, the engineering plastics could reach 0.8mmUL94 V0 flame retardant level.
2,The nylon 6 engineering plastics adding 14% FR-AMP(S) could achieve 1.6mm UL94 V0 . The flame retardant products adding FR-AMP(S) had high thermal stability, smooth and bright appearance .
3,It had a high leakage resistance index of 600V. In order to achieve UL94 V0 level flame retardant or burning resistance wire burning index up to 960ºC, the addition was very small. Therefore, the density of the compound is also low, which hardly affects the mechanical properties of the compound.
4,The flame retardant products also easily passed GWIT 775ºC with our burning resistance wire auxiliary agents.
